Abstract Objectives: Improvement quality and stability of local oils as canola oil . Methods & results ; from physical and chemical methods and chromatography analysis for local oils as canola ,sunflower ,olein and cottonseed oils were obtained results : - Improvement the quality of canola oil by make blends with vegetable oils . - Uses canola oil in food consumption because its become free eurocic acid. - Conclusion : - - Canola oil , which produced in Egypt as a new edible vegetable oil, can be used in food consumption under Egypt condition - Improvement quality of canola oil by make blends between canola oil and other vegetable oils. - Improvement stability of canola oil by make blends between canola oil and other vegetable oils. |
