Abstract
Project construction management is the application of advanced tools
and techniques toward the accomplishment of the project within time,
cost and quality constraints .
However the relationship between these three elements and its
optimization to the extend of the researcher knowledge is not existing.
The objective of this research is directed towards designing and
formulating neural networks model, and validating the degree of importance of the mam factors affecting time, cost & quality
relationship(s) in the construction phase and develop a relationship
between these factors.
The regularization of the neural network system will be formulated
depending on real investigation of many of the existing construction
projects in Egypt
The study will be concluded with a proposed checklist for improving the
construction management of projects in Egypt.
The conclusion of this research covers a wide range of parameters that are
likely to be met in practice. Results are presented in the form of simple
charts to be used in similar cases.
