Abstract -egg-masses to 10 ml of each concentration in Petri-dishes of 10 cm diameter in each treatment. Five replicates were used for each treatment. The different concentrations of each organic and aqueous extract were added with using micropipette. Newly hatched juveniles were counted 1 and 4 days after treatment and the percent of non hatching for eggs were calculated. The first experiment were conducted to determine the effect of aqueous and organic extracts of Egyptian henbane, Hyoscyamus muticus L.; Colocynth, Citrullus colocynthis L.; Calotropis, Calotropis procera Ait; Yarrow, Achillea santolina L.; Harmal, Peganum harmala; Artemisia herba alba; Rimth, Hammada elegans; Caster bean, Ricinus communis L.; Thymelea, Thymelaea hirsuta; Artemisia monosperma Del. And Nerium oleander which were collected from area surrounding Al-Arish Airport, El-Hasana and El-Sheikh Zewied counties on egg hatching of root-knot nematode Meloidogyne incognita. ¬¬Tested plants were air dried until a compete dryness and milled in an |
