Abstract The present iIvestigation was carried out to mutagenic, carcinogenic, and toxicity effects chemicals, which are frequently used as insecticide, mulliscide, arid chemical drugs. Genetic activity has been achieved through three different aspects; a— The ability of the compound to induce mitotic crossing—over between centromere and ad2 locus in D7 strain of S. cerevisiae. b— Measure of carcinogenicity by mitochondrial toxicity in 07 and 641—h strains. 3— Use of Regulation test performed on the D2—strain of Schizosaccharomyces pombe. It was found that the three strains of yeast 07, 641—h, and D2 displayed differential sensitivity to the toxic effects of the four different tested compounds (Adriainycin, ?auetryn, Bayluscide, and Dimilin). The rate of survival was reduced with increasing the concentration of the compound. The results obtained with the four that their effects are not only toxic but effectiue Frequency of aberrant colonies with increasing of the concentration of each compounds revealed also genetically increased linearly compound. Results on petite induction through the four investigated compounds revealed that the petite mutants study the of some pesticides. |
