Abstract

The obtained results of the Construction and Performance Characteristics of Cesium, Barium, Mercury, Uranyl and Aluminum ion selective electrodes based on the use of 7-( amino acetamido) cephalosporanic acide ( cephalexin antibiotic ) , Dimethy 1-4.4- dimethoxy-6, benzoy 1-2 –phenylcarbamoyl acetate (EBPCA) , 5.6.7.8-Tetrahydro -8- Thioxopyrido [ 4.3.4.5] thieno [2.3-d] Pyrimidine -4 (3H) one ( TTPTP) and 7- ethylthio -4- oxa-3- phenyl -2- thioxa -1.2-dihydro- pyrimido [4.5-d ] primidine ( ETPTP) as electroactive compounds are summarized in the following:
(a)Cesium Ion –Selective Electrode based on cephalexin antibiotic
(B) Barium Ion - Selective Electrode based on DDB Drug
(C) Mercury ion - Selective Electrode based on EBPCA
(D) Uranyl Ion - Selective Electrode based on TTPTP
(E) Aluminum Ion - Selective Electrode based on ETPTP
