Abstract Preparation of inactivated H5N2 AI vaccine by using two types of inactivator BEl at final cone. 0.003 MollL for 12 hours and heat 56°C for 240 mint and by using two types of montanide adjuvant ISA 70 VG, ISA 763A VG. The four prepared vaccines were used in vaccination of layer commercial chickens, in comparison with chickens vaccinated by the imported vaccine. The humoral immunity was measured by HI test and CMI was measured by lymphocyte proliferation and macrophage activity test. All prepared vaccines reached the peak HI at the fourth week PV and the imported vaccine reached the HI peak at the third week PV. The prepared vaccine by binary inactivator with montanide ISA 763A VG higher HI titer than other prepared groups at the fourth week PV and equal to the HI titer of imported vaccine (9.6 log, ), follow them the group vaccinated by heat inactivated virus with montanide ISA 763A VG (9 log-). Results revealed that binary inactivated virus with montaninde ISA 763A VG gives higher HI titer. |
