Abstract In the present study preparation of 6 polyvalent salmonella antigens, 3 stained for RSAT (formalized polyvalent stained antigen, heated polyvalent stained antigen and irradiated polyvalent stained antigen), one for TAT(polyvalent unstained phenol heated salmonella antigen), one for MA T(Safranin stained microtest polyvalent antigen) and one for ELISA(polyvalent sonicated salmonella antigen) was done by different methods. The evaluation for these antigens was done by detection of the antibodies of salmonella in experimentally infected chickens and naturally infected layer farm chickens from different locality in Egypt to detect their relative sensitivity and relative specificity. |
