Abstract onellosis is one of the important bacterial diseases affecting Its importance is derived from the loss in productivity of affected and the hazard it causes for public health. Also Necrotic enteritis by C. perfringens type A and C toxin, is an acute enterotoxaemic which causes massive losses in broiler chickens. Vaccination is the important means for controlling salmonellosis and necrotic in chickens. In the present study, the immunizing and protective of an inactivated combined bivalent vaccine composed of S. lurium, S. enteritidis bacterins and C. perfringens type A and C have been investigated. Also the immunomodulatory effect of two It adjuvants, namely, mineral oil and Nigella sativa oil has been obtained results showed that the prepared vaccine passed all control requirements and its content from the formalin and was in the permissible limits. The prepared formalin ’ated vaccine or the used adjuvants alone exert no side effects on the and did not affect significantly its body weight gains. oil adjuvanted vaccine stimulated antibodies formation S. typhimurium and S. enteritidis and the mean ELISA antibody reached to 2133.1 and 2587.6 against both strains when measured at post boostring, respectively |
