present study aimed to investigate the following:
oxicity of certain insecticides representing different groups to the cotton fworm larvae using two bioassay methods.
ssibility of building up resistance to certain insecticides in this portant pest.
oss resistance in the resistant strains to various tested insecticides.
usceptibility of field populations of that pest to the nove] insecticides, inosad and abamectin.
ole of cuticle permeability and synergists in resistance mechanism. ode of inheritance in certain resistant strains.
Fertamn biological parameters in resistant strains.
it results could be summarized as follows:
fcity of fifteen insecticides against 4111 instar larvae of parent field of the cotton Ieafworm
oxicities to fifteen insecticides from different groups: one spinosyn
and another from spinosoids, spinetorarn, one from avermectins group
