المستخلص This study aimed to determine the professional requirements of faculty of education graduates in the light of the contemporary changes and to reach a suggested conception to enhance the quality of faculty of education graduates. The study used the descriptive approach in addition to some tools such as questionnaires which were applied to a punch of education experts, faculty members of Egyptian universities and a representative sample of faculty of education fourth year students. The study reached the following results: - There was a consensus among the sample of the study on the importance of the professional requirements. - There was a consensus among the study sample on the unavailability of the professional requirements in the graduates of faculty of education. - There was a consensus among the study on the importance of the cultural requirements of preparing student teachers, then followed the environmental requirements and the academic requirements. - There was a consensus among the education experts that there was a difference in the extent of the availability of the professional education graduates. The study concluded with a proposed vision to enhance the quality of the faculty of education students to cope with the contemporary changes. This vision depends on the academic, educational, cultural and environmental sides. |
