Abstract
The aim of this work is to evaluate the role of radiofrequency ablation and intra-arterial infusion of a chemotherapeutic agent and embolization of the vascular supply of the HCC . Hepato-celluar carcinoma is considered the most common malignant tumours of the liver .
Recent results from multiple investigations indicate that several minimally invasive techniques including RF ablation, microwave ablation, laser ablation, cryotherapy, ethanol ablation and chemoembolization are very effective in treating hepatocellular carcinoma , which are less effective than surgical treatment .
