Abstract
Tb.is work is concerned with, the determination of some
antihistainines in their pharmaceutical preparations. The compounds investigated were a biorpheniramine ‘naleate, diphenbydramine hydroc hioride, phenyltoloxarnine dihydrogen citrate, ephedrine hydrochloride, clemizole hydrochloride, antazoline hyd.rochloride and naptiazoline nitrate.
Tablets of chlorpheniraxriine maleate, dipherthydramine b,yd.rocb,loride and eph.edrine hydrochloride were assayed using some official methods of analysis (p.34). The results obtained are sumaaarized in Table 47.
