Abstract
Nutritional Requirements of Turkeys at Various Stages of Growth.
This 15N deposition study was conducted to measure feather and muscle protein synthesis in turkeys (Nicholas males) as affected by age and deit protein deficiency.
Feather protein synthesis (15N of Feather as protein of diet 15N) was found to be a greater protein of diet protein during early (24 days) and middle (70 and 105 days) periods compared with other periods (42 and days )in the growth of market turkeys.
