Abstract
Proteases represent an important class of their diverse commercial applications. Microorganisms are an attractive source of poteases. Fibrin is the main protein component of the blood clot. Accumulation of fibrin in blood vessels usually increases thrombosis, leading to myocardial infarction and other cardiovascular diseases. Fibrinolytic enzymes fropm bacillus sp. have attrcted interest as thromboloytic agents becuase of their efficiency in fibrionolytic processes.
