Abstract

Effect of host plants on susceptibility of S. littoralis (Bosid) larvae to some synthetic pyrethroids:
For study in the effect of different host plants on the susceptibility of S. littoralis to some synthetic pyrethroids , the 4th instar larvae was reared on leaves of cotton , clover , cabbage and field bindweed and treated topically with deltamethrin , cypermethrin and flucythrinate to calculate the lD50 values and the values of relative susceptibility.
