The aim of the work to study the effects of four cycocel concentrations(namely, 0.0,500,1000 and 1500ppm)sprayed at 3 weeks before bloom(the last week of february )3 weeks after fruit set) (the last week of april)or and 4 weeks before harvesting(thefourth week of December) in the two experimental seasons. Fruiting attribute (I.e. fruit set percentage, june drop and preharvest drop)the yield of tree in terms of number and weight in kilograms and fruit physical and chemical properties were studied. The experiment was set in a completely randomized block design in a split plot arrangement with four replicates each consisted one balady mandarin tree. |
