Conclusion and Recommendations In conclusion: Office Hysteroscopy is an easier, safer and better tolerated for patients with recurrent pregnancy loss Office hysteroscopy is an excellent diagnostic tool can be used as preliminary test for screening of uterine anomalies and prepare them for operative hysteroscopy. Office hysteroscopy must be done for every patient with unexplained early recurrent pregnancy loss. A long period of follow up is recommended after operative hysteroscopy of recurrent pregnancy loss cases to establish an accurate percentage of improvement of pregnancy outcome. Three Dimensions Uterine Sonography is required to compare office hysteroscopy to standardized technique. |
