Abstract
Conclusion
The treatment options including the medical treatments (pharmacological and non pharmacological) and surgical treatment especially that of Sluder’s neuralgia and SUNCT syndrome which include:
1- Endoscopic transnasal neurolytic sphenopalatine ganglion blocks (phenol, 4% xylocaine, cocaine, bupivacaine).
2- Surgical removal of SPG either through endoscopic approach or classical approache.
3- Radiosurgery of SPG.
4- Radiofrequency of SPG.
5- Electrocoagulation of SPG.
