Abstract
The present study was undertaken to determine the effect of ration supplemented with different levels of potasium sulfate (as a s source) on sheep performance, nutrient digestibility, ruminal microbial activity (as ph, volatile fatty acid production, vfa؛ and ammonia n)nitrogen and sulfur balances, plasma parameters (protein, amino acide and S), wool production as well as carcass characteristics. It is hoped that the information obtained from these investigations will be beneficial in the effort to further exploit the productive capacity of sheep.
