Abstract Slaughtered animals at Sharkia abattoirs (1025 cattle, 1035 buffaloes, 606 sheep, 60 goat and 1000 Camels) were examined for the presence of Fasciola infestation. The incidence of Fascioliasis was 32.97% , 39.61%, 39.27%, 1.66% and 0.1% in cattle, buffaloes, sheep I goats and camels respectively. Tho incidence of Fascioliasis was increased in fpmales than males , where the precentage of infestation in males was 26.54%, 36.55% and 20.39% in cattle, buffaloes & sheep respectively, whi Le the precentage of infestation in females was 68.26%, 62.09% and 63.35% in cattle, buffaloes and sheep respectively. Also the incidence of Fascioliasis was increased by advancing in age. Effect of seasons was slight but the infestation was increased to some extent in spring and summer.
