The laboratory study was Performed by the fabrication of 100
ceromer disks. They were divided into two main groups according to the
resin cement used. The first group was cemented using Variolink II resin
cement. The second group was cemented using 3M resin cement. Before
cementation of the disks each group was further subdivided into five sub-
groups of 10 disks each according to the five different surface treatments
used, The first sub-group was surface treated by Aluminum oxide 504m
at-abrasion, the second sub-group by Hydrofluoric acid 5%
thitd sub-group by Phosphoric acid 37%. The forth and the fifth su
