Abstract
The Aim of this work is to try to throw some light on the immunological changes in scabies Infestations, whether humoral or cell-mediated immunity.
Also a histochemical stude is done to detect the cholinesterase activity locally in the skin lesion in this itchy disease.
The material of this study consisted of 30 scabietic patients and 34 healthy normal controls
The results were:
1- Results of quantitation of serum immunoglobulins and complements.
2- Immunofluorescent results.
3- Results of E-rosette test.
- Results of tuberculin test.4
5- Results of histochemical study.
