Abstract
The plan of this work was designed to fulfill the following :
1-Studying the effect of 17 a methyl testosterone hormone on sex reversal ratio and growth parameters in nile tilapia.
2-Evaluation of the hormonal residue in the fish tissue during and after monosex hormonal treatment.
3-Histological studies of different tissues of monosex hormonal treated fish.
4-Cytogenitical micronucleus examination of monosex hormonal treated fish.
5- Studying the effect of 17 a methyl testosterone hormone on the health status of treated fishes exposed to experimental infection.
